Agreement to Terms
By enrolling your child at Potters Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before enrollment.
Enrollment and Registration
- All enrollment forms must be completed and submitted with required documentation
- A non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment
- Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Potters Hub
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion
Tuition and Fees
- Tuition is due on the first day of each month
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- No refunds for absences, holidays, or closures
- 30 days written notice required for withdrawal
Health and Safety Policies
- Children must have up-to-date immunization records
- Sick children must stay home to prevent illness spread
- We maintain strict supervision and safety protocols
- Emergency contacts must be kept current at all times
Parent Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
- Notify us of any changes to contact or medical information
- Pick up children on time (late fees may apply)
- Comply with all center policies and procedures
- Treat staff and other families with respect
Termination
Either party may terminate enrollment with 30 days written notice. Potters Hub reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately for non-payment, violation of policies, or behavior that threatens the safety and well-being of children or staff.
